For different services I offer different payment structures!
Private workshops are priced by the hour and require full payment upfront (which may qualify for a refund depending on circumstances, see “Refund Policy” below). Screenprinting pop ups & craft kit payments are split into 2 installments, with the first one due upon signing of agreement & the second upon delivery & completion of services.

Payments are processed through Square invoices, which can be paid via ACH or card & invoices will be sent to your email.

For public & private events (ie pop ups & workshops)

First payment is non-refundable to compensate for time and materials on project, second payment can be refunded as long as 24 hours notice is given prior to the event’s start time. If no notice is given no refund will be issued.

For private lessons

All payment for private lessons is 100% upfront, but can be partially refunded (with a $35 fee taken out for materials & time spent prepping) if I receive notice of cancellation no less than 24 hours before workshop. If I am notified less than 24 hours before workshop, no refund will be issued. If rescheduling is required, please give me 24 hours notice and I will honor your original pricing.

To book any of my services, I require a business agreement to be signed by both parties. You can view a sample of the agreement here. It is a simple waiver of liability as well as our payment schedule, deliverables, schedule, and other necessary event details laid out in writing, as well as a photography disclosure. This will be sent to your email along with your first invoice once all event details are decided on. To reserve your date, you will need to sign your agreement + pay your invoice within 48 hours of receiving them. No event is booked nor services delivered until I receive your signed agreement and the first invoice is paid.
